superb stay!
helpful staff room robe convenient location nice pool
The reception staff was really helpful. my room had a robe and slippers. the location was near the center and close to the metro station. i enjoyed the pool. It was a nice extra.
the walls seemed a bit thin. i could hear noise from other rooms at times! it was a minor issue, but noticeable.

The automatic check-in process impressed me. I checked in without assistance from staff. The room included a coffee machine and kettle. Coworking area looks pretty new too, amazing breakfast.

direct train amazing breakfast warm room bright lights
i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to the metro. it was a direct train from the airport. the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a lot of options.
i found the room was uncomfortably warm. i reported this to the reception, i was moved to another room, but the issue remained. the bright control lights made it impossible to achieve complete darkness for sleep

The hotel location is central enough , with convenient access to transport.
The room had some maintenance issues. The door was problematic , as it wasn't fixed immediately. A transfer to another room occurred , but the bathroom door in that room also presented a problem.

I really enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel! They had a wide selection of fresh fruits and pastries available every morning, super yum! The bed was top quality, and I slept great every night. I found the interior design to be excellent, I love the design!
The sound isolation was very poor in my room. I could hear everything in the bathroom, so privacy was limited. The restaurant automatically added the tip to my bill, and this is not tip country. I also found a strange smell from the pipes, and it was there the whole time.
